The promise belongs to the manufacturer, and only the manufacturer can open a claim under it. Our refund page lays out the sequence; it has no power to start it.

Getting a fast answer

- What you expected to find there instead.
A message shaped like that usually closes in one reply. Without it, working out what to look at takes two or three exchanges before anything can be fixed.
Order questions belong with the seller
Worth stating bluntly, because it saves you a day. No order, tracking number, payment record or customer account exists on our side; nothing purchased passes through this site at all. Deliveries, charges and refunds are visible only to the support address printed in your order confirmation.
What becomes of your message
It answers your question and does nothing else afterwards. Correspondents join no mailing list, nothing written is sold or handed on, and threads are deleted twelve months after they close. Please leave medical details and payment information out of the email — neither is usable here.
